Our client instructed The Investment Network to sell their business, a charming web design agency with 3 staff based in Kent that produce some most excellent work. We advised our client on the process of selling the business and valued it for him, we also provided some advice and guidance to his staff.
We then produced the relevant paper work and a good prospectus. Within 2 weeks with a small amount of marketing on our website and marketing through our database we were able to find our client a buyer and worked with both parties to prepare and conclude a competitive deal with both parties that everyone concerned was happy with. Total time from instruction to completion was 3.5 months.
On behalf of the owner of a small country estate in the North of England I identified a number of ways for the owner to maximise the potential for generating income through the existing building stock, without requiring substantial modification, refurbishment or new development. I identified key areas and produced a creative but sensitive and sensible plan with realist outcomes and timelines while involving some of our joint venture partners to assist the owner.
The owner is currently implementing the plan and is currently being advised and assisted by myself.
