DealNet Terms


The DealNet is a growing community for professional businesses. Whilst our priority is to facilitate serious business opportunities, we are happy to have a bit of fun along the way too as long as it does not get out of hand. It is necessary to have a few simple rules, but we enforce them in a common sense way and, as long as you apply similar common sense you need never fall foul of our administrators.

General Rules
While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts blogs or communications, personal attacks, prejudice or discrimination or inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your communication count is not allowed. Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.
Advertising is permitted in explicitly commercial areas only.
Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping communications. Use at least 12 hours as a guideline.
We do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate the community standards. The sale of dangerous dogs is forbidden, as are protected species, controlled substances, guns and knives. Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed

The DealNet will not tolerate any form of harassment sexual racial or otherwise.

Any form of imitation of another site is wholly unintentional

The DealNet will not tolerate any libellous posting or advertising. You should be aware that any derogatory comments any person posts on this website could give rise to a defamation claim. This will be strictly policed, and such postings will be removed immediately it has been recognised as such.

Please ensure that you accurately describe and show the product as is. The DealNet bears no responsibility for product descriptive issues.

The DealNet will not be held responsible for any vendor who offers for sale items that they know to be stolen or plagarised.

The DealNet will without fail co-operate with a police warrant or court order for disclosure of information held on this site including private messages should this arise.

The DealNet will not knowingly advertise money making schemes considered to be unlawful or of a pyramid type.

The DealNet will not act as a platform for people to air views on race, creed, colour, politics or religious hatred.

The DealNet administrators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

Sales made through The DealNet are the sole responsibility of the vendor and the purchaser. The DealNet will facilitate introductions between participants and The DealNets responsibility will end there.

The DealNet is not responsible for quality issues of products advertised.

The DealNet is registered as per the data protection Act. Reg no: TBA

We reserve the right to remove offensive communications without notice. We may or may not post a private or public explanation, at our own discretion.
The main language of The DealNet is English.
Whilst these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure that The DealNet is not disrupted or abused in any way. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or remove accounts without benefit of appeal from anyone who, in our opinion, wilfully violates these rules, as access to The DealNet is a privilege and not a right.

DealNet is currently a free service available to both suitable and authorised persons and businesses however charging may be introduced at a future point.

No refunds will be given should an account be removed by the administrators.
