Lets hear it for KFH! Hurray!

I live in a block of flats in a nice part of South West London. As a place to live there really isn’t that much to complain about apart from excessive traffic during Wimbledon Fortnight. Or is there? You see I live in a block managed by KFH. Who as building managers can be considered to be buckshee useless. The common parts of the building get dirtier and dirtier by the day. The lifts are intermittently out of action and then we have their latest little stunt. No hot water. For over a week. You see during the torrential rain we had last week part of the boiler house got flooded. This means no hot water, which means I cannot wash properly. Not good. KFH you see have been sitting on this problem for over a week and have not done anything noticeable to fix the problem. We then get told by letter yesterday that there is nothing they can do at present but that they are working on a solution. No timelines. Nothing. A lady called Samantha Banks never responds to emails about this matter either. The caretaker of the block, although he is a loiely guy is not one of the smartest tools in the box either. Companies like KFH take thousands a year in service charges and do nothing really for the money they get paid. Ok. Nice work if you can get it but to deprive over 150 residents, some with small children of hot water for over a week is lazy, silly and some would say dangerous. KFH! Over to you! Pull your bloody fingers out!! PS: After a week of no hot water to wash with I stink like a tube train full of Chelsea Fans on the atkins diet šŸ™
